Background
Dr. Sahil Chawla is a Canadian-trained family physician with a focused interest in sports, musculoskeletal, and regenerative medicine. He completed his training at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Medicine and holds dual board certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) and Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM) — making him uniquely positioned to offer both clinical and cosmetic regenerative care.
Clinical Philosophy
Dr. Chawla believes the body has remarkable regenerative capacity when given the right support. His practice integrates current medical evidence with innovative therapies — including PRP, ultrasound-guided interventions, aesthetic medicine, and IV optimization — to meet patients where they are and take them further than they thought possible.
The goal is never just symptom management. It’s restoration, performance, and longevity.
Community & Leadership
As co-lead of CanAm Health, Dr. Chawla has organized culturally tailored screening drives at gurdwaras, mosques, and mandirs across the Fraser Valley — screening over 500 individuals and facilitating timely follow-up for newly identified cases. He also leads monthly health talks for South Asian elders on chronic disease, women’s health, and mental wellness.
Through the CanAm Future Leaders Program, he has mentored over 20 first-generation students from immigrant families on pathways into medicine. His work was recognized with the R2 Resident Award from the BC College of Family Physicians — noting that his “dedication to patient-centred care is evident in every interaction.”
01
Evidence First
Every recommendation is grounded in current medical literature. Innovation is embraced — but never at the expense of rigour.
02
Whole-Person Care
A family medicine foundation means every patient is seen as a complete picture — not just an injury or a complaint.
03
Long-Term Results
The focus is always on sustainable outcomes — restoring function, preserving mobility, and building resilience over time.
